Please do add your comments about the project theme, or aspects of the project yourself, by inserting comments in the commment box below each blog entry..
Unlike a traditional film guide, this guide brings a poet's perspective to film and is a useful reference to poetic moments in cinema, as well as a personal account of those involved in this project. The blog includes diary updates from Johanna Featherstone (project director), and comments from the project crew.
The guide has an ongoing existence
The Live Event
was held on the 6th October 2006, at The Old Darlington school, Redfern. It featured the poets, moving image adaptations, an obscure 1960's poetry film and popcorn.
