Ed Wright

Ed Wright is a Sydney based writer, whose poetry, fiction and non-fiction have been widely published. In 2002 Vagabond Press published a chapbook of his poems titled 'The Empty Room'. Between 2001 and 2004, he was a lecturer in American Literature at Tottori University in Japan.

He has also taught literature at thre University of Sydney, where he got his Ph.D in 2000. Currently he is a frequent book reviewer for the Sydney Morning Herald and Australian newspapers and a cultural commentator on 2SER-FM. He is working on both non-fiction books and a novel and when not doing this plays harmonica and lead vocals in country blues duo,
