Romaine Moreton is a writer of poetry, prose and film, and privately published her first book of poetry, The Callused Stick of Wanting in 1996.  The collection was republished in 2000 by Magabala Books, included in an anthology called Rimfire.  Her second anthology titled Post Me to the Prime Minister, published by IAD Press, was launched at the Sydney Writer’s Festival in 2004. Romaine has also written film scripts.

Romaine’s performance poetry has been included in two music compilations, Sending a Message and Fresh Salt.
